Mold, mildew, hand prints on the wall, and children’s toys. Clearly not clean. After two days in the apartment, I got sick. Management said there was nothing they could do, and I could have 10% off my next stay. No receptionist to complain too, everything is via email.
Our stay was far from what the two bedroom apartment was worth, upon walking in the room smelt damp, the shower was riddled with mold, the walls and blinds were filthy all through the apartment. One apartment had no fans or air-conditioning and the other had air-conditioning that was coated in mold and had not been cleaned for a long time. Moved in 2 weeks ago, so far so good! The on-site management is friendly and helpful.
