Very happy with the service at Proxima, Ola and all the staff are very helpful; they explained everything well regarding my coverage.
Extremely unprofessional! Especially if you go through your private insurance please be aware and careful of the unnecessary stuff they will do without proper explanation just to overcharge you. Not to mention that they didn’t even finish their job in the first visit wasting my time and money on things I didn’t ask for!!! so they had to schedule me to finish the cleaning and when i went there to complete what they left behind they charged me AGAIN! several attempts were made trying to understand why they did that and why the... read more
