First of all, my two voicemails (asking to stop the automatic deliveries for my father) were never acknowledged. Medicine that does not correspond to his current needs is being delivered weekly, while he is not even here. Secondly, spontaneously hearing someone I do not know trying to open our door AT NIGHT, to deliver medicine (as per instructions to "open the door," no matter how late) is SCARY and unnecessary.
