Very unpleasant service there, don’t even bother asking for advices related to health concerns…And im not going to ask nothing again to them Honestly I miss my former Proxim pharmacy located in 9686 4eme rue , Riviere des Prairies which the lady’s were extremely helpful and kindly, that’s why I sticked with pharmacy Proxim I will try to change my prescriptions to another pharmacy ! Note : it’s not the first time it’s been happening these unpleasant situations
Excellente pharmacie ! L’équipe est très professionnelle, accueillante et toujours à l’écoute. On prend le temps de bien expliquer les traitements et de répondre aux questions avec patience et bienveillance. Le service est rapide, les conseils sont pertinents et on s’y sent vraiment en confiance, la discussion avec le pharmacien remonte le moral il prends le temps qu’il faut avec le patient. Je recommande vivement cette pharmacie pour la qualité de son service et le respect accordé aux clients.
