As an Italian tourist I think this place is so well organised omg, and the people that word there are so professional and kind! I like for example the way of how they offer service to the client… omg they are so human that have also a place for dignity (people that doesn’t have a safe place for homeless i think) 🥺
Call one day in advance, no problem. Then, waited an hour to be told I couldnt get my meds. No explaination were provided on why I couldn't get my meds and privacy regarding my prescription and medications wasn't respected as it was announced in the waiting room while others were waiting.
