I cannot speak to service, but I ordered parts and a couple weeks after the order I realized I hadn’t heard anything. I reached out and they said they didn’t have one item in stock so they had to order it - they never communicated that so I could decide if I wanted to wait or order from someone else. 2 more weeks pass and I have heard nothing, I reach out and they said they would be receiving the order soon and turn it around. This was my first time ordering from ProWheelBuilder. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with the entire experience! The website wheel builder tool is very easy to use, communication is stellar (Debra), and packaging is top notch!! You can really tell ProWheelBuilder cares <3 I’m so excited to put these wheels on my tracklocross bike!
