This was my first time ordering from ProWheelBuilder. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with the entire experience! The website wheel builder tool is very easy to use, communication is stellar (Debra), and packaging is top notch!! You can really tell ProWheelBuilder cares <3 I’m so excited to put these wheels on my tracklocross bike!

Got a set of Velocity Cliffhangers built up by these guys when my stock wheels kept popping spokes. I told them I wanted bombproof wheels and they delivered! Two months in and the wheels are perfectly true. Appreciate their site as well. You enter your bike type, your weight, and your riding style and the system lets you know the right parts to pick for your wheel. spam from richard - just spam out of nowhere indicates illegitimacy and lack of respect and appreciation for their customers. I can't trust them with as much as my contact information without them abusing it. How could I trust them with a wheel I ride on?

what can i say? I went through such problems with the wheels that came with my bike. I finally relented to replace them. I got local advice on specs and ordered them. PWB worked with me when those specs were wrong. I cannot say enough about the customer service. Responsive and knowledgeable. I do not know squat about wheels but they do. I am happily riding worry free now.
