Pick up times for Chippewa Falls recycling are getting later and later and today was at least the third time that they have failed to empty the container. If I had a choice I would go with someone else.
Things I love: They respond to emails super fast, they are neat and tidy when they pick up, it's inexpensive, they're reasonable about pickup times and fees. I forgot to bring my garbage out once and called as the truck drove past and they came back for it!! I'm constantly impressed by their service to customers, and also their involvement in the community. Who knew that two young, enterprising, guys would be some of the best business role-models our area has!
I am a huge fan! They have awesome customer service and the first affordable rate I have seen in our area. Thank you!
