The guy came to my house to close which was nice. I noticed that the APR percentage was not on the closing papers but all the numbers were the same as quoted from my mortgage lender. I did request a direct deposit of cash to me at closing but they sent me a check instead. Not too big of a deal but certainly didn't follow through on that point.
