After an extended period as a patient, multiple providers and approaches, and significant time and expense, I did not experience meaningful improvement. I believe the providers mean well, but the constant changes and lack of progress were physically and financially depleting. My biggest concern is the tendency to promote the latest treatment or protocol as the answer when complex chronic illness rarely works that way. I worked with Dr. Wright and it was $500 just for his visit. I've been desperate to figure out issues with my son, and he sounded confident he could figure it out. All he did was order labs (which also ended up being a huge run-around) and when results came back he then told me to do an "elimination diet" with him....like I hadn't already tried that. I hate writing bad reviews because of one individual at a business that is doing such great work, however, we just experienced one of the worst customer experiences we've ever had. I bought my wife 3 treatments as a Christmas present. She called yesterday and found out that apparently they expire at the end of the month. This was never communicated to us. Dr. Myers was absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, he greeted both my mom and me with a smile and made us feel comfortable and welcomed. He took the time to answer every question I had and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. They are dishonest about their pricing. They told me one thing and then go to make a follow up to have them want to charge another. They tell you different prices depending on the day. They won't talk to you about labs over messages either. They got my labs but are leaving me on an extremely high dose of meds that are actually causing me to be in a dangerous state. Its just not good healthcare practices.
