POOR customer service
I moved from Provo and cancelled my account. Without notice of an account balance, I was sent to small claims court and now have to deal with an attorney's office & hurting my credit score. I am very disappointed that I would not be notified by Provo Power about that before being sent to small claims. One of the worst parts is that I am unable to even login to my account to know if I payed it or why the autopay didn't work.
