Very nice people and they worked so hard to get us into a very nice affordable apartment. I highly recommend them.
The people that run Provo Housing Authority ruined my mental and physical health. Kicked me out for reporting about being harrassed by my neighbor just wonderful thanks! Worst place I have ever lived at! Worst staff ever! Straight up two faced people working here. Horrible experience! Scary horrible people! I am not exaggerating at all! This really happened to me! I hate leaving reviews but this one was real... I hope karma gets all of them back! Never again oh my GOD!
If you want to get yelled and screamed at and threatened with your voucher, retaliated against for telling the truth this is the place. Then when you report problems like crime for example, they will not address them. Especially if it’s a noise complaint. They just say if you’re taking a nap there’s nothing we can do and the noise above you is stomping, excessive and a loud barking dog. They will blame you. Trust me.
