RecommendedI have been at PAL for one year, the aids and medtechs show respect and kindness to us. our activities director, Geo has found fun and entertaining activities for us.( our monthly calendar is full). our managers Sherry and Thurman have an open door policy, which we can go talk to them when there are concerns or need help with personal issues. Good meals and a clean investment.
Administrator and management are very disorganized, dysfunctional, and unprofessional. Not pleased. “It’ll get done whe I get to it.” Place your loved ones elsewhere.

I love this facility. Great staff. The residents are so well taken care of.
Provo Assisted Living is a wonderful, warm, friendly place to live!! The residents are caring of each other and create a happy atmosphere. The staff is caring, attentive and treat the residents with respect and dignity. Residents are encouraged to participate in daily activities and weekly outings. Dining takes place in a wide open area. The food is designed by a dietitian and alternatives are allowed. There is a huge great room in which residents gather to have fun. (We always have fun!) Provo assisted-living is a wonderful place! The staff is super friendly and their activities director, Angela is AMAZING! It's also kept very clean! This place is just all-around wonderful!
The activities provided by the PAL activities director are sure to be top notch! I watch Angela constantly looking for ways to uplift and enrich the lives of each resident. She is a powerful listen and a go getter of all things fun!
