Jeff Grieshammer was my VA lender. There's quite a few things he did to set himself far above your normal lenders. He worked with me on a Friday afternoon early Saturday to get me an approval letter so I can make an offer on a home. From the start to the finish of my buying experience, He was the go-to person. I spoke to him more often than I spoke to my realtor. He even helped move my closing date up. Hands down one of the best lenders I've worked with. Thanks again Jeff for your help.
Dave helped with both our initial mortgage and the refinance to take advantage of the all time low COVID interest rates. Both times he was a pleasure to work with. Very clear and seemingly always available to answer a small question. The refinance ran into some issues with previous lender that took up extra time. Without going into details, Dave went above and beyond to help. Thanks, Dave!
Highly recommend Provisor for your mortgage needs. Buying a house or refinancing is a stressful process and Provisor will go above and beyond. We had a few issues with our VA refinance (on the VA side), but they took care of everything. Besides great service, they’re very pro military/veteran which I appreciate.
