Their loft with all the amenities is really good, plus they have plenty of room, private cabins + desks & chairs to get any work or meeting done! While you’re there, you must try their locally sourced Sparkling Ginger Ale at their Provisions Market, it’s amazing!!!
I appreciate all of the plant-based offerings on the menu. It was later (7:30)when we got into the hotel so we just decided to eat there since we love the vibe of the place. I have been staying at SCP Colorado Springs for a little over a week now on business and after trying almost everything on the menu at their new restaurant and bar, Provisions Market, I knew I needed to give them some positive praise. The Avocado Toast (pictured) was the absolute best avocado toast I’ve ever had.
