Everything about this place is BAD. From the nonsense address on the exterior, stain ridden carpet in the lobby, garbage self serve finger print machine that doesn't work and employees sitting around offering 0 assistance to people struggling to get the equipment to work. An overall miserable experience.

False advertising. Website claims that they are a “direct-pay medical provider”. Tried to schedule a 3rd party disability exam as part of my Fully Developed Claim for the VA and they refused to take my business.
