Need to take the time to thank Laresha D. from IdentoGO (Fridley location) for helping me out with fingerprinting today, Monday (7/6/26). I originally had an appointment scheduled at the Brooklyn Park location, but when I arrived I was told by the adjacent room that the person in charge of fingerprinting me just next door at that location just left the site. We had our TSA check and were in and out in about 20 minutes - including our coming early to check in. Laresha was our host and she was fast, efficient and very friendly.
Everything about this place is BAD. From the nonsense address on the exterior, stain ridden carpet in the lobby, garbage self serve finger print machine that doesn't work and employees sitting around offering 0 assistance to people struggling to get the equipment to work. An overall miserable experience.
Staff was courteous and professional. They answered my questions and were knowledgeable regarding my evaluation. Thank you
VERY RUDE, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, NOT VERY WELCOMING. SUGGESTION IF YOU DON'T LIKE YOUR JOB FIND ANOTHER. "To the lovely lady sitting at the front desk".
