This place is awesome! The chicken and waffles and smothered burritos are life changing and the coffee is delicious. Tinga's chicken belongs on everything, especially that grilled cheese.

I always walk here in the morning. I love this cafe but something has changed within the last few months. I always order the same iced white chocolate mocha but the new barista never makes it right. I want to give them the benefit of the doubt so I came a few more times but they always give me the wrong flavor. Vanilla or just a mocha. If you're looking for a spot that feels like a genuine neighborhood gem, this is it. I had the buffalo chicken and waffles eggs benedict, which was a fantastic twist on a classic; creative, well executed, and novel. I also got a latte that was honestly executed perfectly, clearly made with high-quality, high-end beans. Beyond the food, what really made the visit was the people. A bit crowded and busy inside, but a beautiful place for sitting outside when the weather is nice. The lunch menu is limited, but the food is always good. There is a decent selection of beer on-tap. On street parking available in all directions. Sometimes the service is a bit slow.

Our waitress was friendly, outgoing, and helpful. Eating outside was nice experience. The BLT was one of the best I’ve had in a long time. Keep up the good work.
