This is a wonderful place with a loving staff. When I was not well enough to bring a cake for my mother's birthday the manager came in on his day off to bring in my mother Birthday cake. Everyday she gets great treatment.

My appreciation to the Provision Living staff and administration for taking out the memory loss cluster to get ice-cream. They are trying to create a sense of community and I can feel the difference.

When my dad was diagnosed with lung cancer, we knew he would not be able to continue caring for my disabled mother. He needed care of his own. Within 10 days, we found Provision Living at Panama City and had them moved in. A week later, my dad died yet he had already made friends and bonded with the staff. Four of them attended his memorial service on a Sunday evening, including the Director and Assistant Director Mike and Mike! Many changes in leadership (like 4 different main directors) in short period of time, to include constant turnover of staff left many of us family members concerned which is why my parents moved my grandmother away from this facility. As we researched in to Provision Living as a company we found they had turnover of key leaders at most all of their facilities and shows it is not just a local problem but a corporate or systemic issue within the company. I would not recommend this facility to your loved ones.
