I Do not recommend for new grads, I was told during hiring that I would receive training until I felt comfortable, but that did not happen. Training was cut short, and I was expected to work independently in less than a week based on the family’s preference rather than my readiness. When I expressed concern, the company did not support me and ultimately let me go. Very disappointing experience and lack of follow-through on what was promised. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
This is a very helpful company that assist with home health providers. They are there to answer questions you might have regarding services provided by your insurance. I highly recommend it.
