We have visited this office twice now. The first time we ordered glasses and the second time was to pick them up. Our first visit was wonderful, especially the care and time that was spent with our family of 4! The office closes at 4:00 and we live in Statesville (45 mins away). The day our glasses came in we would not have been able to leave Statesville until 3:30. So I called and asked if there was any way we could still come even if we didn’t arrive until after 4:00. Yes they take Medicaid but you get treated different they claim Medicaid will only pay for the cheaps thing offered and do not tell you at first if you're on Medicaid I would ask up front about how much you will spend because it's not just a Copay by time I was done I could have paid $12 more dollars at Stanton and received 2 pairs of glasses and my eye Exam. with out using my Medicaid thought I was getting Transition lenses but when I picked them up they were not They said Medicaid wouldn't cover that but they DID NOT TELL ... read more
