I had a 9am appointment and arrived a few minutes early. I learned that they double booked the 9am slot ( the first of the day) and whoever completed their information sheet first would be given the first appointment. In the meantime, a walk-in customer showed up and was told he would be next in line. Essentially, my 9am was being moved to 10 am while I sat in the waiting room.
