Provision has its strengths and weaknesses, let me explain. They came to us after a hail storm to offer services. If you ever feel off when someone comes up promising you the world know it's probably too good to be true. We started a claim about our home roof and garage. They said hey we can quote windows as well because we had some dated windows(forshadowing). Next came the adjuster visit. They then wanted the adjusted changed to one they knew and even did this for one down the road. This was fishy at first but we shrugged ... read more
We had our roof replaced after a hail storm. This business helped us with the insurance company in a big way! Also, they had excellent communication, responding to texts right away. I cannot think of a single complaint I had during this process. Would very much recommend!
Chris Brown and Provision Contractors were excellent to deal with for my recent roof replacement due to hail damage. Chris handled all the insurance and estimating issues and kept an eye on the replacement process. I am totally satisfied with the work done and the excellent service and followup from Chris and his crew and would definitely give a five star rating and refer him and Provision Contractors to anyone.
