Roger the owner is abusive, yells, screams and swears at his employees. Doesn’t give direction and expects you to just know what he is doing and what you’re supposed to do. Didn’t get paid all the hours worked nor the wage I was told I was getting. Too many issues to put them all in the review.
Roger is a garbage human being.
I've worked for this company for almost 10 years. All of the supervisors are great to work with. The owner treats everyone fairly and is very generous. He even works with the crews all season which promotes a great team atmosphere. I wouldn't want to work anywhere else!
So this company is a borderline scam, they will work you 7 days a week 90+ hours with no overtime pay and only pay you 55 hours a week and bank the rest. You won't see your wages for a year. They don't pay over 110 in 2 weeks even if you worked 200 hours. Sketchy sketchy sketchy
