Impossible to get anyone. Emergencies respondedd to in days. Contactors never show up. The worst
Wonderful property management company! They were easy to get a hold of, answered my questions with knowledge and provide great and timely service.
Ever since they forced the residents to use an app to do contact with them, some don't have smart phone and don't understand. No actual phone number to contact the office and as of 9-25-2023 no website operational.
Worst Property Management Company. They do not follow the Condo Authority of Ontario's Guidelines. My opinion of Susan( a bully ) and Ann ( rude & no manners at all) These two employees of this Company who stay long in one property and create their own stooges to gain their own personal interest. If they are not sacked by this Company then PPM's business will go down. (my sense )
