Recieved a bill for full office amount. Called the Billing office. Unfortunately a Natalie answered the phone. Absolutely, the rudest person I have ever dealt with in this office. She hung up on after I told her to stop yelling at me for asking simple questions. I called back spoke to christina, told her what just happened with Natalie and I want Cherel Anders to call me back.
