Garbage. They shame you for your mental health, shuffle you around between incompetent providers, challenge and fight your diagnosis and actively work against any new diagnosis or medication. After I told them I would be getting a new provider they "fired me" in a snotty letter. They aren't changing and shouldn't be in the mental health business.

I went to this provider to manage medication for a condition that I have had diagnosed in full compliance with the DSM-5 by two (2) previous mental health professionals. The person I was assigned, nearly immediately, attempted to un-diagnose me based off of the partial lack of one (1) symptom, despite every other symptom box being checked and the previous two (2) diagnosis.
