Excellent staff, communication, and offices. All of the doctors I have worked with have been excellent, understanding, great listeners and have really helped me through my issues.
Stephanie is a caring provider that creates a safe space for patients to have autonomy and learn about how to improve their mental health and well being! Highly recommend !!!!!
I go to Stephanie Williamson virtually, and I absolutely adore her. I am a firm believer that everyone can benefit from a safe space to talk things out, whether you think you need medication or not. She is always pleasant and makes sure that she thoroughly explains why she is considering any changes in medication. Stephanie also has an amazing sense of humor. She is the first medication provider that has ever made me feel like she cares about me.
Terrible customer care. Always late but expect you to be punctual. I wouldn't recommend to anyone unless it's literally your only option.
It is not enough to have good doctors in the practice, it is equally important to have kind and friendly staffs. I’m extremely dissatisfied with the office staffs and how the communication letters are formatted. If a practice is dealing with mental illness of its patients, empathy and communication is essential. The patient care includes physicians and their office employees.
