this company will scam people out of money and deliver the wrong item. If sent back because it is the wrong item - they refuse to refund your money. Do not use them for anything.
I was angry that they screwed up my lost dream one machine and poor performance and they failed to input data details where my machine in their machine and I went there to pick it up and they dont know nothing wow make me lost my temper and swear bad words no wonder BBB has one star.

Mark Dierker went above and beyond to help my 91 year old bed riden father. I live out of town and rely on the nurses, equipment providers etc to allow him to live at home. His air pressure relieving mattress failed and it would have been TWO days till the call center could have sent someone out. got my 6 month supplies, enough for 4 months, no head gear, no water chamber and wrong size mzsks, talked to them over a week ago and still nothing, i'm going to find me another supply comp[any that knows how to take care of customers and send them the right supplies on time....Kim Newsom
