Very fast and efficient service. The young man who brought the bed was so nice and polite. He set the bed up and explained how controls worked. Plus, my daughter slept so comfortably for the first time in awhile. Definitely a big thank you!
The technician was wonderful, helpful, and kind. But calling and trying to report a problem with my machine was brutal!! I called 4 times yesterday went thru all the props finally got through to someone explain my problem they put me on hold just to be disconnected 5 minutes later. Finally on the fourth try I got through to someone he transferred me to a different woman that was amazing but she was with Humana.
