The technician was wonderful, helpful, and kind. But calling and trying to report a problem with my machine was brutal!! I called 4 times yesterday went thru all the props finally got through to someone explain my problem they put me on hold just to be disconnected 5 minutes later. Finally on the fourth try I got through to someone he transferred me to a different woman that was amazing but she was with Humana. Melody was so helpful as well as professional. She discussed the issues I was having with the mask and helped me find one that suits my needs and requests better.
