Plumbing Dispatch Diane will just lie her way out of it! First off let me tell you that this company is a wolf in sheep clothing.....I'm not impressed with their experience (Blaze), professionalism (Diane & John), nor price...cause if you can't fix the problem..there is no good price! Don't care about customers This company does not know how to fix water heaters. They left us in the cold literally, during the big freeze we had no hot water. They came out a week ago, replaced a heating element & said, "this might last a week or a month." Our insurance company sent them out again a week later because our hot water levels were low. They tested it & said it was fine, although we told them amounts of hot water was low. The same night 2 of our kids took showers & 1 could not as there was no hot water! The next ... read more

Provider Plumbing is awesome. I had Will Fix It sent to my house by AHS for a plumbing leak. They told me it would cost me $375 an hour for two plumbers and would take several days to fix once the actual location was found and they would have to drill into the foundation. I asked to have Provider Plumbing look at it. They responded immediately, told me it would not take long to fix It only took them 5 hours. Mike and Neri were very nice and courteous.
