Hey Kari, I just wanted to share with you an amazing inspection I had yesterday. I inspected a house in Colleyville that Providential did and it was the best remodel I think I have ever seen. The work appears to have been done with excellence and I had no write ups on that part of the inspection, it was so good that I told Phelecia that if I ever had to hire a remodel out or have a house built, I would consider using y’all. Let me start by saying the entire team was exemplary through the whole process. When we started this project, my husband and I had little more than 2 roughly sketched out floor plans and a dream of building a house our grandchildren would enjoy one day.
