Our experience with this builder was quite positive, especially in terms of how they handled changes. We requested a few design adjustments during construction, and they discussed everything properly before implementing. The team maintained a steady workflow and kept us updated regularly. There were minor delays with some materials, but nothing unexpected. The final house looks neat and well-constructed. The finishing details, especially in the kitchen and bathrooms, were done carefully and feel durable.

We hired this home builder for a custom house project, and overall the experience was quite structured and professional. From the beginning, they spent time understanding our requirements instead of pushing a fixed design. The planning phase took longer than expected, but in hindsight it helped avoid confusion later. We chose Providential Construction for a full custom build based existing homes we had seen. We really liked their floorplans and quality. We are very happy with how everything turned out. It is the first time we build a house, let alone a custom-made one. Needless to say, we were overwhelmed at first by the amount of decisions we had to make. However, the Providential team was amazing! They held our hand throughout the process and guided us to end up with a beautiful house of our dreams. What really stood out was their experience in this type of processes together with the caring about the customer. Overall, OUTSTANDING!!
