Refused to refund $1000.00 deposit when my partner and I had to cancel a group trip to Florida. We called to cancel way before final payment was due so they suffered no monetary loss.
Needed some help for a trip to the UK. Michelle did a great job making several of our travel arrangements.
Called with some questions about a trip listed on their website. Office staff is always helpful.
Had a horrible experience. Only booked our hotels and only did 4 start hotels and wouldn’t book us tours because she only did private. Had to make my own itinerary because she wouldn’t help us with it. Booked our hotel at the airport which is not even at the airport and now I have to get a ride there. If you’re going on a budget do not go to Janet McLaughlin. I basically planned out my own trip which I thought that’s what travel agents did but apparently not. Do not recommend
