Dishonesty is this company's first last and middle name. They took all this money from me and my spouse and could not evict the tenants. Provident said we do not know how to address this? We never had to do this.

I’ve lived in the Whitmore Lake apartments and can’t believe how unresponsive the management team is. I’ve left 3 voicemails, all within business hours, I’ve texted multiple times and sent 3 online requests just to get my tenant portal, that they said we’d have access to for paying rent and no one has reached out or got back with me. Extremely unprofessional.

I’ve worked with many different property managers over the years, and I know how difficult it can be to find a good one. Jeremy is personable and easy to talk to, and he’s certainly not the worst property manager I’ve worked with. Our fridge seal has not been working properly since before Christmas. We have left at 6 different messages, on VM, in person, to the maintenance persons face. We’ve had to jack our fridge to the coldest temp but the door still doesn’t keep correct temp. It has now completely broke and sits at 56 degrees in the fridge. I’m putting this here, hoping someone will finally take our complaint seriously. I just had to throw away probably $50-$75 worth of food
