My husband and I have rented a home from Provident for over 2 years now. Tracey and staff are always most helpful and respond quickly with any question we may have. Any issues that arise are taken care of quickly. You can tell they truly care and go out of their way to ensure we know it. We love renting through them!

My partner and I have rented two properties with provident and it’s by far the best renting experience we’ve had. Any issues we’ve ever had have been resolved within days, sometimes hours. Tracey is a great landlord and we will continue to work with her for as long as we can!
The whole team is very responsive! The home we were renting experienced an act of God that essentially made it unliveable. The home owner told us we had just a few days to move out as they were not willing to put us in a hotel. Well, Provident moved mountains for us! They found us a new place, and made moving process as painless as possible. We’re very grateful for them!
