I rented the property at ****************. Provident Partners is refusing to provide me an itemized list of the deductions from my security deposit. They currently only have it listed as "House Cleaning" at $417, which is absurd. The pics and list they sent me does not warrant that amount. The pics could have been taken from any residence (one piece of dog p*** on rocks, feather on carpet, etc). Dear Kimberly, Thank you for reaching out to us about the issue with the cleaning deposit. Unfortunately vendors do not supply itemized list of what and how they clean the properties. They supply us with a invoice for the services based on time spent at the properties. This was also a vendor that was hired by the future tenant so they were unable to provide us with any other details. Victimized Dont rent from this company. They dont want to fix anything in the rental we have from them. We have a broken window, water damage to the roof and ceiling, a broken ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms that will require and electrician because of the serious electrical problems that it is posing. And all of this before we moved in. I really thought they would take care of it, before we moved in, we have been living here a month and nothing has been touched. They finally sent over a maintenance guy to check out the t... read more
Good property management We have been renting a property from Provident Partners for over 5 months. We haven't had any problems with them and they have been quite prompt in sending out the handyman to complete repairs. They are good about returning phone calls and they also send out a monthly letter to the tenants with the current bill. PROS: Easy to work with CONS: We had some problems when we first moved in that should have been dealt with before our move-in date (no mailbox key, weeds in the back, bee hive).
