Victimized Dont rent from this company. They dont want to fix anything in the rental we have from them. We have a broken window, water damage to the roof and ceiling, a broken ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms that will require and electrician because of the serious electrical problems that it is posing. And all of this before we moved in. I really thought they would take care of it, before we moved in, we have been living here a month and nothing has been touched. Good property management We have been renting a property from Provident Partners for over 5 months. We haven't had any problems with them and they have been quite prompt in sending out the handyman to complete repairs. They are good about returning phone calls and they also send out a monthly letter to the tenants with the current bill. PROS: Easy to work with CONS: We had some problems when we first moved in that should have been dealt with before our move-in date (no mailbox key, weeds in the back, bee hive).
