There have been mice for the past five years and no help to remove them also, the supposed owner has an empty office and doesn't take phone calls
Absolutely horrendous real estate service. The two agents I dealt with were unresponsive and made false promises, not to mention starting bidding wars between applicants by accepting multiple applications and multiple deposits for a single apartment, which is not only unprofessional but unethical.
