This office provides the poorest customer service ever experienced. My family member is a patient of this office and has been retaliated against by Brittany the north office’s Manager. Additionally Sonya, is rude, if she isn’t hanging up on you she places you on hold right before the office lines transfer for lunch to leave you on eternal hold. DORA report filed.
