Provident Funeral Home (specifically James) was wonderful during one of the hardest times of our lives. They never tried to upsell us or pressure us into anything we didn’t want. We chose cremation, and they went above and beyond by allowing me to see my dad beforehand, which I understand isn’t always possible. Provident Funeral Home went above and beyond in our time of need. James and his team were so very kind, almost like they knew us and our loved one personally They were sensitive, anticipated our needs and didn't try to upsell us or take advantage of our loss. If I could give ten stars I would!! James at provident was exceptional. He was kind and allowed us to work out our tough schedules to have the opportunity to say goodbye to our loved one. He made us feel very comfortable and knew exactly when to insert a joke in a time where we could use a laugh. Provident has a beautiful memorial page and the option to print a book of all the memories everyone shares on the site and the photos as well. I can't thank these guys enough for all of their work for mom's funeral. We saved thousands for final expenses when compared to "bigger names" in the industry. James and his team were great to work with. The casket offerings were wonderful, and the memorial/obituary page was excellent, allowing for anyone that wanted to add pictures or memories as a tribute .

This business is amazing. They’re available 24 hours a day they make your heart feel the love when they come into a very dire situation with a loved one I did not ever feel stressed. All the information was very easy to manage to help me with the obituary, they helped with everything. What an amazing company to work with.
