There was a misunderstanding when I went in to create an account but the Branch Manager - Brian Gonzalez reached out to me and rectified the error and committed to using the incident as a training opportunity. I appreciate his customer service and ability to resolve a customer issue.
Complete waste of time and BS promotions. Don’t waste your time with their promos. They invite you to apply with clear requirements but then deny you based on arbitrary unstated requirements like some inquiries in Chexsystems… which doesn’t mean anything! Just that I may have accounts with other banks! So what if I have a few enquiries from other banks? Im giving you my business and setting up my direct deposit (as required). Wish I could give this place a zero stars. I came here to get some help with an auto loan for a car i was planning on financing at a dealership.
