Complete waste of time and BS promotions. Don’t waste your time with their promos. They invite you to apply with clear requirements but then deny you based on arbitrary unstated requirements like some inquiries in Chexsystems… which doesn’t mean anything! Wish I could give this place a zero stars. I came here to get some help with an auto loan for a car i was planning on financing at a dealership. I have decided to remove my accounts from Provident today based on my “last straw” experience. I came to make my RMD contribution. The teller asked me how much I wanted to withdraw. I told him the required amount and he said I had to tell him an amount. Never before have I had an experience like this. I also had the same experience with the tax amount.
