Located on the 2nd floor. Enter through the public entrance and go through security (I had to separate laptop, phone, anything with wires, and take off my boots.) I've had an account for a while. This was my first visit to this branch.
Daniel was my customer service banker at the Federal Bldg location. What a pleasure doing business with him!! Excellent communicator, efficient and most of all a lovely person. I went in to close my account, but walked away STILL a Provident Credit Union member. It wasn't a hard-sell job; he simply persuaded me with sound, practical reasoning. Lucky, Provident.

Everyone in the office was very professional and extremely courteous. Erica was the perfect person to help me with my account. I have always been very satisfied with the personable experience at Provident. Best place to bank!!
