Great staff, wonderful rates, protection plus, they really look out for their customers interest & keep on top of all of the latest scams (A+) a long time customer for over 30 years.

Wow ,with a credit score of 744 and income of 160000$ you can’t get a small amount loan ,if they don’t want to give loan why they run people credit ,I don’t know what else they want ,maybe they want joe bidden or Donald trump to co sign for you . do not give any kind of loan application they won’t approve it ,
I was at the branch earlier this month to open multiple accounts (checking, savings and credit card). I was highly impressed/satisfied by the services provided by Mr. Shrawan Ghimire and with the overall experience at the branch. Kudos to Mr. Ghimire and his great team.
I was setting up a new account with Provident after relocating here from Canada for work and Shrawan helped me. I cannot commend him enough for his excellent customer service and warm and engaging personality. He was detailed and thorough, very patiently explaining every step of the way and taking his time to make sure I understood all my options available.
