Sat on hold for 30 minutes as a new patient to be told that with my Cigna insurance it would be at least 6-8 months to speak with someone. When my brother called to say he had no insurance and would be paying out of pocket, they magically had an opening in 2 weeks. Shameful practice.
3rd time got cancelled on. no phone call or anything.... was told she wasn't in
Jane Smith violated my confidentiality twice. The false information that her staff provided to the media has ruined my entire life. She sent PHI without a proper court order and supbeona to a court that does not have jurisdiction over her state. They have violated my civil rights and my confidentiality. They also broke the law by violating HIPAA.
