Jeremy Dantzler, the president hired our company to perform asphalt services at some of their locations.. I am so thankful to God that I was able to experience his character before we started to perform any work. I believe in God, and I believe God caused this to happen. We cannot control the weather. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE. It looks as though my last review was deleted. I do have tons of pictures of the dried fecal matter and toilet paper on the basement floor. Very poor communications. Honestly I dont think they even realized I up and moved out because I'm still recieving emails about autopay for rent.
Not a bad experience renting, but waiting 3+ months after move out for your security deposit is a bit obnoxious. Especially considering Michigan law requires it to be returned within 30 days. :) These issues didn’t affect us significantly, but they did show a complete lack of care in fixing 6 building code violations for our property which according to property records, are going on close to 2 years to date without being corrected.
