Cannot combine a pap and reviewing birth control in one appointment. Since one is "wellness" (no copay) and the other is an "issue" (copay). I asked if I could just schedule the issue (aka pay the copay) and be seen for both. No. It seem Providence policy requires both appointments for payouts from insurance. Regardless the cost of your time, their is more important than yours. I have found a cross multiple Providence facilities that they will hold you hostage for medical care.
