I think disorganized or why make some one in pain wait 7 hours for a diagnosis,,no food , no heat, had to ask for a blanket,,,not a good place to go.
This is the most awful hospital to go to....doctors and nurses are very rude. If something is wrong they don't tell you and sometimes even just pho you off and discharge you. They will also discharge you the same day that you have a baby,surgery,etc. They DO NOT care about your needs or pain. If you want great hospitality and great care go to legacy meridian or to OHSU or legacy Emmanuel.. Pperiod... DO NOT GO TO WILLAMETTE FALLS HOSPITAL
