Saturday March 29, 2025 at 5:45 pm: The people in the walk-in clinic were great, but the security dude on duty was not. Otherwise, I would have given 5 stars. My visit was efficient. I didn't have to wait long at all which was a nice change. Dr. Tom was caring and explained my next steps very well. On the otherhand, the security guard was not great. Nurse Justin Gill randomly got so sassy and mean towards the end because he said he can only address one issue per visit, even though I had two problems. I was actually in shock by how he was talking, i didn’t even know nurses could be sassy like that towards patients. Now it’s going to be so awkward if I get his sassy self again.
