This place is very disappointing since they continually mess up my appointments, and PAC Landeros, is very rude and short with patients.
Avoid this place. It was good the two times when I saw Dr. Golden. He retired and the place has really gone downhill.
I have been taking my father monthly for about 16 months for his catheter change and my experience with the women up front has been positive. They are friendly and helpful. The nurse who changes his catheter is awesome and my dad really likes her. We've only met with doctors twice and they were different each time. I wasn't impressed with either of them, they seemed indifferent to us being there. I was a patient here of Courtney Shick PA-C. I am frustrated with this and 2 other clinics telling me my kidney pain was not being caused by a stone. She kept telling me it was a musculoskeletal issue which was not the case. My kidney disease went undiagnosed for years. Now I have to take medication to manage symptoms as there is no cure. Kind staff that were very professional and helpful. I have full trust in them and their ability. Can't say enough about how lucky I feel to have gone to them for a complex issue I was having.
