This medical staff are idiots (nurse & office)! My husband had a urinary procedure done which resulted in a UTI. When contacting them they said to go to urgent care for a urine culture. Being that he was in pain and there was a 3 hr. wait at UC, we went directly back to the urology office, asking if they can order labs or do the test in their office. Dr. Cheng's, Urologist, MA Monica tired to tell me a phone number that she called was mine. I told her it was not my phone number. Monica started getting upset because I was not allowing her to force a wrong phone down my throat. I left Monica's office immediately because of her hostile gestures. I talked to Dr. Cheng she tried to say I was disrespectful because I left MA's office. I am not going to argue with anyone I am leaving or telling them to leave.
