Drove all the way here just to be told that the urgent care is closed. Wow. How about put that on Google and your site so people who are in need of instant help for serious issues don’t waste their time; delaying help. I have Medi-Cal and had to research which hospitals accept it. Now I get to look up another and delay help. The lack of care to let patients know the urgent care is closed is likely a reflection on the care provided.

The worst place to go , I had a horrible experience, first of all the lady who sat in the front desk was very unprofessional, she does not deserve to be there, unfortunately I couldn’t get her name as I was in pain & wanted medical attention, There was a male nurse who heard the frustration & the commotion soon after I entered the facility & came to apologize. My husband was so disgusting & disappointed with the overall service & experience They should close the place down.
