I walked in and was immediately asked "do you have an appointment"? I'm sorry...what??? An appointment at the urgent care center???? The girl said, "ya we only have one dr so we can make an appointment and you can come back in two days". What the hell is wrong with Providence? How terrible is the leadership here that you've abandoned your mission for serving the people's urgent health needs? You're just another profit-before-people company.
Great place for medical services. Dr McLain is the best
I had a pinky finger out of its socket and in major pain. I waited an hour and left since I had already been to the VA and they couldn't help. So, I went home with a jacked up hand, puking, and nothing was done. This Urgent Care sucked and as a Veteran all I can do is cry and suck it up. Thanks for nothing.
