Took my 5 year old son in for an ear infection. Was checked in and seen within 30 minutes. Everyone treated us really well. They went above and beyond to make my son comfortable. Both Marisa and Ashley NP were kind and gentle when treating him.
Went today to urgent care, no one was there and I was told to go to College Place or by Walmart. I am very live off of N. Main Street That would have been a very long drive for me. Should I just call 911 for help/ Why wouldn't they see me?
Your front desk team and those that train them should be fired… Holding a bloody two year old with poop running down my arm and tells me I need to go back out to my truck and get ID and insurance…. I really dislike coming in at all because of the long periods of wait time so I scheduled an online reservation but that was absolutely pointless you will not be seen at the time scheduled and mind as well have just been a walk in and planned on waiting hours anyhow .Poor experience with the female front desk staff Jessica today as well.
