Turned me away with a head injury, without even looking at me to ensure I wasn’t going to die on my way to valley hospital. All because I cleared my throat. You guys should be ashamed.
5 plus hours of waiting just to see if I have the flu is unacceptable! No communication! I feel I unvalued!

Recommendedwe had a ruff experience with the receptionist...some one needs to show her how to be kind to people and noth sooooo rude....but the nurse practitioner was sooo kind and sweet and very very helpful....u dont find to many doctors at a urgent care who take there time to make you feel grateful that u came there....thank you Danni for helping my son he wished you could always be his doctor...your a awsome lady ...I also told the lady in the waiting room to ask for dr.danni...cant get better then her...well done providence for hi... read more
Doctor's are ok but the assistants are horrible and rude.
I Took our almost 13 year old son there Friday and they said he had a virus on top of a grass allergy. (Never had a grass allergy) Recommended Claritin- D, so then when he was getting worse with the Claritin, my husband took him back Sunday because he had white puss pockets in the back of his throat and the next doc said it was white blood cells?!? Amazing care especially for kids. They consult with the pediatric specialty ER downtown whenever needed. So happy to have such easy access to specialists in the valley.
My family has visited this facility on various occasions before...have NEVER had an issue and have been VERY pleased with their service, until today..... Took my son in to Urgent Care (Providence) this afternoon in regards to his ingrown/infected toenail. Having fought that "battle" before myself, I knew that the nail needed to be removed.
